Me

the day is over

I sit quiet by the fire

the world shows

the moment in time

that I let go of me

and surrendered to being

someone that was not the me

that I have come to know

the me that drives passion to it fullest

to know without a doubt that

my perception is my reality

and those things I feel deep within my soul

really are the me that I have come to be
