A little about Judy

For more than four decades, I’ve worked with women through health and wellness, relationships, trauma, personal growth, spirituality, intuition, leadership, and some of life’s hardest transitions.

I listen to the whole story. I ask different questions. And I help you see what can be difficult to see when you are standing in the middle of your own life.

My job is not to become your authority. It is to help you hear yourself more clearly.
