Each evening is cozy, comfortable and conversational. Come as you are.

What the evenings are like

More Living Room Than Classroom

Picture a small group of women sitting together in a comfortable home setting rather than rows of chairs in a seminar room. I will teach around the evening's subject, but these are not two-hour lectures.

We will talk, ask questions, look at things from different angles and connect the subject to real life. Each workshop also includes a workbook so you can jot things down, reflect and take something home with you.

No preparation needed

You do not need to study anything, know anyone or arrive with your life figured out.

You choose what you share

Join the conversation in the way that feels right for you. There is no pressure to tell your story.

Early evening timing

We begin at 6:30 PM and finish at approximately 8:30 PM, so you are not out late at night.

The five evenings

Pick One. Pick a Few. Pick Them All.

Each workshop stands completely on its own. Choose the conversation that feels most relevant to your life right now.

Tuesday, October 6 • 6:30 PM

1. Why Don't I Feel Like Myself?

A whole-picture look at what may be affecting your energy, hormones, sleep, digestion, mood and overall wellbeing.

Have you ever said, "I just don't feel like myself"?

Maybe your energy has changed. Your sleep is different. Your digestion is not what it used to be. Your hormones feel different. You may feel more irritable, foggy, overwhelmed or simply not as well as you think you should.

This evening is about stepping back and looking at the whole picture. We will explore physical, emotional, environmental and everyday factors that may be affecting how you feel, including things in your food, water, home and surroundings that you may never have thought to connect.

The purpose is not to diagnose you. It is to help you ask better questions about your own wellbeing and notice what you may want to change, reduce or release.

Tuesday, October 20 • 6:30 PM

2. Is It Intuition or Is It Fear?

Learn to tell the difference between fear's urgency and the quieter voice of your own inner knowing.

You get a feeling about something. Then your mind gets involved.

What if I'm wrong?
What if I'm imagining it?
What if I'm just afraid?

Before long, you may not know which voice to trust.

During this evening, we will explore how intuition speaks, how fear speaks and why the two can sometimes feel confusingly similar. We will talk about the signals your body gives you, the difference between urgency and knowing, and how to begin recognizing your own intuitive language.

You may discover that your intuition has been speaking to you for years. You simply have not always recognized it.

Tuesday, October 27 • 6:30 PM

3. The Cost of Carrying Too Much

Look at the stress, responsibility and invisible load you carry, and what it may be costing you.

Women carry an enormous amount that nobody sees.

Not just what has to be done, but remembering what has to be done. Thinking about what might happen. Keeping track of everyone. Solving problems. Anticipating needs. Holding families together. Being the dependable one.

Eventually we can become so accustomed to carrying it that we do not even realize how heavy it has become.

This evening is about identifying what you are carrying, how it may be affecting you and whether all of it still belongs on your shoulders.

Because sometimes the answer is not learning how to carry more. It is recognizing what you can finally put down.

Tuesday, October 27, 2026 • 6:30 to approximately 8:30 PM • $67
Tuesday, November 3 • 6:30 PM

4. Who Told You That Was True?

Explore the beliefs, messages and assumptions you've carried for years, and how they can quietly shape what you expect, what you fear and what you believe is possible.

Some of the strongest beliefs running our lives are not beliefs we consciously chose. We absorbed them.

From parents. Religion. School. Culture. Relationships. Society. Past experiences.

Messages about what a woman should be, what success looks like, what is selfish, what is acceptable and what we are supposed to tolerate.

This evening is about becoming curious about those beliefs.

Where did that come from?
Who told me that was true?
Do I still believe it?

Tuesday, November 3, 2026 • 6:30 to approximately 8:30 PM • $67
Tuesday, November 10 • 6:30 PM

5. When Did Your Life Become About Everyone Else?

Explore the roles, expectations and responsibilities that shaped how you've lived, and begin to recognize where you may have lost sight of yourself along the way.

Mother. Wife. Partner. Daughter. Caregiver. Employee. Business owner. Friend. The dependable one. The peacemaker. The woman who figures things out.

Sometimes we become so good at fulfilling our roles that we stop asking a very important question:

Whose life am I living?

This is not about abandoning the people you love. It is about recognizing how expectations from family, society, religion, relationships and the world around us can quietly shape our choices.

And then beginning to remember the woman underneath all those roles.
