Fall 2026 • Orangeville, Ontario

Maybe It's Time to Come Back to Yourself.

You have spent years caring, carrying, figuring things out, keeping things going and being there for everyone else.

But maybe lately you've been wondering: Where am I in all of this?

These five in-person workshops are different conversations for women who want to understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with what they know, and look at their lives with fresh eyes.

Come to one. Choose a few. Or come to all five. Come as you are.

Choose what works for your life

Afternoon or Evening. You Choose.

Every workshop date is offered twice. You don't have to rearrange your whole life just to make room for yourself.

Afternoon 12:30–2:30 PM
Evening 6:30–8:30 PM

Same workshop. Same date. Two different times. Pick the one that fits.

Maybe you recognize yourself here

You've Been the One Who Keeps Going.

The one who handles things. The one people depend on. The one who pushes through, thinks ahead, keeps the peace, figures it out and gets on with it.

And sometimes, somewhere along the way, a woman can lose touch with herself.

Not because anything is wrong with her, but because there has been so much noise, responsibility, expectation and life happening around her.

These conversations give you a couple of hours to look underneath all of that. To notice what's been affecting you. To question what you've been carrying. To hear yourself again.

What these gatherings are like

More Living Room Than Classroom

This isn't a big seminar where you sit quietly while someone talks at you.

We sit together. I teach. We talk. We ask questions. We look at things from different angles and connect the conversation to real life.

There is room to think, reflect, laugh, write things down and simply be yourself.

No preparation needed

You do not need to know anyone, study anything or arrive with your life figured out.

Share as much or as little as you want

You can join the conversation in whatever way feels natural to you.

Take something home with you

Each workshop includes a workbook so you can reflect, write things down and keep exploring afterward.

Five separate conversations

Take a Look Through the Five Workshops

You don't need to attend all five. Read through them first and notice which subject feels closest to where you are right now.

Tuesday, October 6

1. Why Don't I Feel Like Myself?

Choose 12:30–2:30 PM or 6:30–8:30 PM

A whole-picture look at what may be affecting your energy, hormones, sleep, digestion, mood and overall wellbeing.

Maybe you can't point to one big thing that's wrong. You just know you don't feel quite like yourself.

Your energy has changed. Your sleep is different. Your digestion, hormones, mood or overall sense of wellbeing isn't what it used to be.

This workshop is about stepping back and looking at the whole picture, including physical, emotional, environmental and everyday factors that may be affecting how you feel.

The goal isn't to diagnose you. It's to help you notice connections, ask better questions and begin recognizing what you may want to change, reduce or release.

2. Is It Intuition or Is It Fear?

Choose 12:30–2:30 PM or 6:30–8:30 PM

Learn to tell the difference between fear's urgency and the quieter voice of your own inner knowing.

You get a feeling about something. Then your mind steps in and starts arguing with it.

What if I'm wrong?
What if I'm imagining it?
What if I'm just afraid?

We will explore how fear speaks, how intuition speaks and why the two can sometimes feel so confusingly similar.

You may discover that your intuition has been speaking to you for years. You simply haven't always recognized its voice.

3. The Cost of Carrying Too Much

Choose 12:30–2:30 PM or 6:30–8:30 PM

Look at the stress, responsibility and invisible load you carry, and what it may be costing you.

Women carry an enormous amount that nobody sees.

Not just what has to be done, but remembering it. Anticipating it. Keeping track of everyone. Thinking ahead. Solving problems. Being the dependable one.

Eventually we can become so used to carrying everything that we stop noticing how heavy it has become.

This conversation is about recognizing what you're carrying, what it may be costing you and what you may finally be ready to put down.

4. Who Told You That Was True?

Choose 12:30–2:30 PM or 6:30–8:30 PM

Explore the beliefs, messages and assumptions you've carried for years, and how they can quietly shape what you expect, what you fear and what you believe is possible.

Some of the strongest beliefs running our lives are beliefs we never consciously chose.

We absorbed them from family, religion, school, relationships, culture, society and past experiences.

Where did that come from?
Who told me that was true?
And do I still believe it now?

5. When Did Your Life Become About Everyone Else?

Choose 12:30–2:30 PM or 6:30–8:30 PM

Explore the roles, expectations and responsibilities that shaped how you've lived, and begin to recognize where you may have lost sight of yourself along the way.

Mother. Wife. Partner. Daughter. Caregiver. Employee. Business owner. Friend. The dependable one. The peacemaker. The one who figures things out.

Sometimes we become so good at fulfilling our roles that we stop asking a very important question:

Whose life am I living?

This isn't about abandoning the people you love. It's about noticing how expectations can shape your choices, and beginning to remember the woman underneath all those roles.

Maybe this fall isn't about becoming someone new.

Maybe it's about remembering the woman who's been there all along, underneath the responsibilities, the expectations, the noise and the years of putting everything else first.

If one of these conversations keeps pulling at you, that may be the one to begin with.

Remember who you are.
Recognize your purpose.
Reconnect to your higher power & intuition.
