The energy in the air has been CRACKLING! And it feels like one of those days?
I woke with a BIG mixed bag of emotions raging through me and I could feel the build up. I was tapping in not only 
to myself but the planetary energy and boy oh boy what a hodgepodge of feelings. A mixture of so many emotions.
I had to take some time to process what was mine and what was others. I owned most of them…lol. So, that put me into a space of “dealing with myself.”
I have had lots of practice dealing with myself and I must say I am becoming quite an expert at it. Guess it comes from, first a willingness to see one’s own shit and then an openness with courage to do the work, to transform and elevate higher.
And, yes I have my own support system, with spiritual coaches as well. We really can’t do all this shifting stuff by ourselves, we need others who have forged ahead, who now have the wisdom, knowledge and experience to help us.
Any reluctance to do the work long ago was shredded as I made friends with and accepted myself for the most part, cause there is always things to work on, although they get less and less intense as we take accountability for our lives.

Pluto is in retrograde today.

The Schumann resonance of the Earth spiked to an all time high of 90 a few days ago.
According to Wikipedia the Schumann Resonance “are a set of spectrum peaks in the extremely low frequency (ELF) portion of the Earth’s electromagnetic field spectrum. Schumann resonances are global electromagnetic resonances, generated and excited by lightning discharges in the cavity formed by the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere.” It has long been suspected that human consciousness can impact the magnetic field and create disturbances in it, particularly during moments of high anxiety, tension and passion. Many have been reporting the feeling that time has been speeding up. Could the increased frequencies have something to do with this? Magnetic field changes are now loosening memory blocks and we are raising our consciousness to greater truth. The veil is lifting.
Stay grounded and centered within, spend time in nature, drink lots of fluoride free water with lemon and eat very clean to help your body adjust to these higher frequencies.
This is the most intense energy earth has ever experienced on a cosmic scale and it affects everything, our technology, emotions, physical bodies, and much more.
The most important element…are you doing the work, I mean the deep inner work that is required for you to fully shift to your highest life? And remember you can’t do it alone. It’s a personal choice to boldly step into the unknown in order to expand into an experience that is entirely new. Ascension is actively choosing to evolve into higher consciousness and understand the governing universal laws.
