My passion is to inspire, teach, connect, and support others. I am a  creative visionary leader, who works from my heart, a catalyst for change, a spiritual leader.

Over twenty-five years of entrepreneur experience in Business and in the Health and Wellness industry have given me many lessons from the “University of Life” that have shaped and inspired my passions.

With my speaking, writing, teaching practice I help to empower others.

I have always felt that living in a community means that I become that community and I am active in supporting various community organizations.

Some of my interests are; The Law of Attraction,  Intention & Vibrational Frequency, Abraham & Deliberate Creation,  Spirituality,  The Arts, Musicals, Music & Movies, Travel & Culture, Holistic Health, Storytelling and all of Nature.
