There was something that shifted in me after I turned 69.
And suddenly, everywhere I went…
the women I met, reconnected with, stood beside…
I could feel it.
✨ They Looked Fine… But They Weren’t
On the outside?
Polished.
Put together.
Functioning.
But underneath?
Exhaustion.
Disconnection.
Quiet despair.
You could feel it in their energy.
And when I spoke with them, the words were almost always the same:
“I’m good.”
“I’m fine.”
“It was just a phase… I’m over it now.”
But their presence told a completely different story.
They weren’t over it.
They were living on top of it.
💔 The Common Thread I Couldn’t Ignore
As I stood in these rooms, these gatherings, these conversations…
One truth became undeniable:
Women have lost themselves.
Not because they’re weak.
Not because they’re incapable.
But because they’ve been conditioned.
Conditioned to be:
- The caregiver
- The mother
- The strong one
- The reliable one
- The one who holds it all together
And somewhere in all of that…
👉 They forgot who they are.
👉 They stopped recognizing their purpose.
👉 They lost connection to their higher power and intuition.
🔁 And Then There Was This…
Something else I noticed…
A quiet, almost invisible need:
Validation.
From other women.
From conversations.
From being seen, heard, acknowledged.
“Do you see me?”
“Do you agree with me?”
“Am I okay?”
And I thought…
When did we stop validating ourselves?
When did we forget that our strength includes our vulnerability…
not hiding it, not performing it… but owning it?
📱 The Noise We Hide In
Let’s be honest.
Even when we get a moment of silence…
What do we do?
We fill it.
Scroll.
Watch.
Consume.
(I’ve caught myself doing it too.)
And yes, we tell ourselves we’re learning, growing, expanding…
But there comes a point where:
Silence isn’t avoided because we’re busy…
it’s avoided because we’re disconnected.
Silence is where you meet yourself.
And many women don’t remember how to sit there anymore.
🔥 My Truth, Lived — Not Theoretical
I’m not speaking from a pedestal.
I’ve lived the other side.
- Trauma
- Abuse
- Abandonment
- Poverty
- Raising five children on my own
- Emotional and physical depletion
My adrenals were shot.
My body was worn down.
My soul… exhausted.
I know what it feels like to survive.
✨ And I Know What It Means to Thrive
Because I chose differently.
Not overnight.
Not perfectly.
But consistently.
Today, I live my life anchored in this:
🌿 Remember who you are
🌿 Recognize your purpose
🌿 Reconnect to your higher power and intuition
This is not something I teach.
This is how I live.
And everything changed when I did.
- My body softened
- My mind cleared
- My choices became aligned
- My peace became non-negotiable
💎 Health Is Not Optional
Let me say this clearly:
If you don’t have your health… you have nothing.
And I don’t say that lightly.
I’ve spent years intentionally supporting my health.
And today, at 69…
I walk in what I call divine health.
Not by luck.
By choice.
By awareness.
By alignment.
🌅 There Is Another Way to Live
This is the part I want you to really hear:
You don’t have to keep living like this.
Not exhausted.
Not disconnected.
Not just “getting through.”
You can come back to yourself.
🤍 My Invitation to You
If something in you is stirring as you read this…
If there’s even the smallest whisper that says:
“This is me…”
Then don’t ignore it.
That’s not weakness.
That’s awareness waking up.
And my heart, my work, my life…
is devoted to helping you:
✨ Remember who you are
✨ Recognize your purpose
✨ Reconnect to your higher power and intuition
🌿 Final Truth
Life is short.
Yes, it’s said often.
But look around…
People are leaving this world every single day.
And the real question is:
Are you truly living while you’re here?
If you’re ready…
Or even just curious…
Reach out.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
🤍
