In the midst of my packing, I took some time to enjoy this glorious fall day. I had the lake to myself, well, aside from the birds and animals. I had the privilege of hearing the seagulls chattering, the mallards quacking, the Canada Goose honking and the strong almost silent flap of the Blue Herons majestic wings. Fish swimming, darting in and out of the underwater jungle, turtles sunning themselves on logs, a slap of a beavers tail all while being enchanted by the vibrant colours of fall emerging.
It was a glorious break for me, and now back to my happy packing day…
