My Story
The Beginning
My childhood wasn't easy. Difficult family circumstances left me feeling alone, misunderstood and very much on my own from a young age.
I became pregnant at 15, and motherhood came into my life while I was still trying to understand who I was myself.
Over the years, I raised five children and spent long periods carrying much of the responsibility for our family on my own. I worried about paying the bills, keeping food on the table, creating stability for my children and somehow finding enough strength to keep moving forward.
Alongside that were three marriages and very different kinds of struggle. One became abusive. In the others, I often found myself carrying far more of the emotional responsibility than I understood at the time, and during one marriage much of the financial responsibility fell to me as well.
I rarely felt that I had the kind of mature emotional partnership I needed.
So while I was raising children, earning a living, building businesses, navigating relationships and trying to hold everything together, I was also quietly trying to answer a question I didn't yet know how to ask:
Who am I in the middle of all of this?
For years I was providing, surviving, caring for other people and pushing forward while still trying to find myself.
Looking back now, I can see how much of my life became a search to understand the woman underneath all that responsibility.
"Women don't need fixing. They need remembering."
The Breaking Point
My life has been marred by abuse and unimaginable agonies and tragedies, which ultimately drove me to seek answers to life's complexities and embark on a journey of self-healing.
Later, major family upheavals and caregiving responsibilities changed the structure of my life again. I closed one business and, during an intense caregiving period, built an entirely new one, rebuilding my livelihood while supporting my family.
The Search
For over four decades, I have devoted myself to ongoing study and self-education, exploring health, human behaviour, trauma, spirituality, intuition and consciousness in my search to better understand the root causes of illness and what supports true healing.
I was about to do my Ph.D. in metaphysical sciences, but a spirit told me to stop and concentrate my time empowering others with their truth so that they, too, could heal, physically and emotionally.
"The answers you've been searching for have been within you all along."
The Discovery
I'm inspired by our ability to understand ourselves more deeply through lived experience, self-awareness, intuition and knowledge. Over the years, my own journey and my work with women led me to the Three Rs and The Whole-Picture Practice.
At the heart of my work is helping women remember who they are, recognize their purpose and reconnect to their higher power and intuition, while learning to trust their own inner guidance again.
Today
I have gone from "Tragic to Magic," and now share my secrets with others. My courses align with my purpose to help others awaken to their unconscious world and remember who they are at core level, recognize their purpose, heal from trauma, and connect with their higher power.
The Book
And now, after years of knowing there was a book in me, I am finally writing it.
I have a writing coach and an editor, and the process has officially begun. I am gathering the experiences, stories, knowledge, lessons and wisdom from my life into a book that can reach far beyond the women I am able to work with personally.
My intention is that what I have lived, learned and discovered will be available to everyone who may find something in it that helps them understand their own life, remember who they are and find their way forward.
